Combine attachments, split a long report, organize scanned pages, add a watermark, fill a form or export images. Save your favorite tools and combine repeated actions into a reusable workflow.
Useful, with clear boundaries
Our PDF-to-Word tool offers editable text with approximate positioning. PDF-to-PowerPoint creates image slides or positioned editable text boxes. Rasterized outputs lose selectable text and interactivity. We describe these limits on each tool page so you can choose the right tool for your task.
File and browser limits
- Browser-local tools: up to 50 MB total and 40 input files per task.
- Office to PDF: one DOCX, XLSX or PPTX up to 20 MB, temporary server upload, maximum 500 pages / 40 MB output.
- Up to 500 pages in a PDF or combined output.
- HTML to PDF: UTF-8 HTML up to 2 MB; scripts and external resources removed. PDF/A-2b: unencrypted PDF up to 20 MB / 100 pages, with independent validation. Both require temporary upload.
- Up to 80 pages for image rendering, redaction and image-based conversion.
- Up to 20 pages for English/Hindi OCR; up to 100 pages for PDF to Excel.
- Images up to 40 megapixels; processing resolution is limited to protect device memory.
- Modern Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript enabled. Complex files need more memory; use smaller files on phones.
- Use Unlock PDF with the authorized password before editing an encrypted document. XFA form editing and certificate-backed signing are not supported yet.
- Latin text additions are selectable. Hindi editor additions preserve browser shaping as images. Existing Unicode text can be extracted when the source PDF provides it.
A better flow, one step at a time
We have a clear roadmap for more complex capabilities. Planned tools are labeled separately and can be shown using the directory toggle. There are no invented user counts, review scores or certification claims.
