Only this conversion uploads your file to this site’s conversion server. Temporary input and output files are deleted after processing; crash leftovers are swept after one hour. No external AI service is used.

Password-protected files, macros, embedded objects and external links are unsupported. Maximum output: 500 pages / 40 MB.

About this excel to pdf tool

Convert XLSX files using LibreOffice on this site's dedicated conversion server. Upload is optional and clearly requested before processing. Temporary files are deleted after conversion. Fonts and complex layouts may differ from Microsoft Office. Supports one file up to 20 MB; legacy, encrypted, macro-enabled and externally linked files are unsupported.

Before you download

Why does a wide sheet span several PDF pages?

Workbook print areas, paper size and scaling influence pagination. Set those in your spreadsheet before exporting, then review all resulting pages. Only XLSX input is supported.

Where is my document processed?

Conversion requires your confirmed temporary upload to our isolated server. Temporary files are deleted after processing; see the privacy policy for cleanup and hosting limits. Optional analytics measures page visits only after you allow it; it does not receive your document content. Read the privacy policy.
