About this form-upload pack tool

Set exact photo and signature dimensions, fit or center-crop your photo, and search JPEG quality levels for your size limits. Bundle outputs and optional original PDFs into a ZIP with a size report. Failed targets are reported; portal acceptance is not guaranteed.

When to use this tool

Prepare a photo, signature and PDF attachments for an application portal with separate size and dimension limits.

Get started in three steps

  1. Choose your photo, signature and optional PDF files from your device.
  2. Copy your portal requirements into the dimension and size fields. Review every image and the report before submitting.
  3. Select Form-upload pack, review the result and download your file.

A practical example

Prepare a passport-style photo, signature image and existing PDF attachments for a portal by entering that portal’s separate dimensions and size limits. Choose fit or center crop based on what must remain visible.

Check the result

Open each ZIP entry and read the size report before uploading to the portal. PDF attachments are bundled as originals; this step does not compress or certify them.

If the result is not right

A target can be impossible without making an image unreadable. Try a better source or revise crop/quality within the portal’s actual rules. Do not assume a generated ZIP means every target passed.
