About this create pdf forms tool

Create up to 100 standard AcroForm fields on unrotated PDF pages. Set each field name, page, position, size, type and required flag. Existing page content is retained; new fields use white backgrounds. XFA forms and signature fields are unsupported. Dropdown options currently support Latin text.

When to use this tool

Add standard text fields, checkboxes and dropdowns to an existing unrotated PDF.

From file to finished in three steps

  1. Choose your PDF file from your device.

Which form types can I create?

Create up to 100 standard AcroForm fields with names, positions and required flags. XFA and certificate signature fields are not supported. Dropdown options currently use Latin text.

Where is my document processed?

Document processing runs in your browser. This tool does not upload your document for processing. Optional analytics measures page visits only after you allow it; it does not receive your document content. Read the privacy policy.
