A three-page practice PDF
About this extract pages tool
Copy selected pages into one new PDF. Unlike Split PDF, this tool gives you a single combined file.
When to use this tool
Copy only the relevant pages of a longer document into one shareable PDF.
Get started in three steps
- Choose your PDF file from your device.
- Use 1-3, 7 to keep the first three pages and page seven.
- Select Extract pages, review the result and download your file.
A practical example
To share the introduction and an appendix from a longer report, enter 1-3, 7. Extract Pages creates one new four-page PDF rather than four separate files.
Check the result
Open the result and verify that page seven follows page three. Count positions from the beginning of the source file, including unnumbered covers.
If the result is not right
If you need individual page files, use Split PDF instead. If the selected pages still contain sensitive information, review or redact them before sharing; extraction does not sanitize retained pages.
Before you download
Will I get one file or separate files?
Extract Pages returns one PDF containing the selected pages. Use Split PDF when each selected page needs its own file.
Where is my document processed?
Document processing runs in your browser. This tool does not upload your document for processing. Optional analytics measures visits and tool events only after you allow it; it does not receive your document content or filenames. Read the privacy policy.
Next step: Split PDF.
