About this smart form assistant tool

Paste instructions or read a screenshot with local Hindi/English OCR. Extract explicit dimensions and size limits, correct each requirement, then prepare photos, signatures and PDFs in one ZIP with a size report. Portal acceptance is not guaranteed.

When to use this tool

Get started in three steps

A practical example

Suppose a portal asks for a 200 × 230-pixel photo and a separate signature image under 20 KB. Paste the instructions or read a screenshot, then correct the detected fields before choosing personal files.

Check the result

Check each width, height, size range and format against the actual portal. Inspect the prepared images and ZIP report; readable faces and strokes matter as well as a passing byte count.

If the result is not right

OCR can confuse 20 with 200 or miss a unit. Enter the requirement manually when uncertain. A rule written in centimeters without a print resolution cannot safely be treated as a pixel size.

Before you download

Does it understand every portal rule?

No. Explicit pixel dimensions and size limits are recognized. Review OCR, ambiguous units and every field against the original portal.

Where is my document processed?

Document processing runs in your browser. This tool does not upload your document for processing. Optional analytics measures visits and tool events only after you allow it; it does not receive your document content or filenames. Read the privacy policy.
