About this smart privacy review tool

Local text patterns suggest emails, Indian phone numbers, PAN-like and 12-digit ID-like values. Review and explicitly select boxes; add custom regions when needed. Exports a fresh raster PDF without original text, metadata, links, annotations or attachments. Detection is approximate and scans need OCR. Up to 20 pages.

When to use this tool

Locate possible personal identifiers, review suggested boxes and remove selected regions before sharing.

Get started in three steps

A practical example

Before sharing a report, detect possible emails or identification numbers, then inspect each suggested box. Add a custom region for a sensitive detail the patterns did not recognize.

Check the result

Check every exported page visually, including headers and image captions. Output is a fresh raster PDF without the source text layer or attachments, but anything left visibly uncovered remains readable.

If the result is not right

A detector can miss a number split across lines or flag an innocent sequence. OCR scans before requesting text suggestions, and never treat zero detected candidates as a clean-document certificate.

Before you download

Can automatic suggestions find every private detail?

No. Pattern matching can miss information or flag harmless text. Review every page and add custom boxes where needed. Scans need OCR before text suggestions work.

Where is my document processed?

Document processing runs in your browser. This tool does not upload your document for processing. Optional analytics measures visits and tool events only after you allow it; it does not receive your document content or filenames. Read the privacy policy.
