Batch PDF Watermark and Page Numbering
Clean, number or watermark a batch. Rename and download one ZIP.
Free to use · No document uploadsAbout this batch pdf recipes tool
Run a two-step recipe on up to 20 PDFs and 50 MB total. Output names use your prefix and a sequence number. Each failure is listed in results.txt; successful files are included in the ZIP.
When to use this tool
Apply a repeatable two-step recipe to multiple PDFs and collect successful outputs in one ZIP.
Get started in three steps
- Choose your PDF files from your device.
- Choose a recipe, set the filename prefix and select your PDFs. Check results.txt before relying on the batch.
- Select Batch PDF recipes, review the result and download your file.
A practical example
Apply the same two-step recipe to a set of meeting handouts, using a recognizable output prefix. The recipe is applied to each PDF rather than joining all PDFs into one.
Check the result
Read results.txt inside the ZIP and compare successful outputs with the number of inputs. Check the first and last pages of each file for watermark or numbering placement.
If the result is not right
One failed input does not mean all outputs failed. Keep the successful files, inspect the failure report and retry only the affected original after fixing its issue. Maximum: 20 PDFs and 50 MB total.
Before you download
What happens if one PDF in a batch fails?
Successful files remain in the output ZIP and failures are listed in results.txt. Check that report before using the batch. The limit is 20 PDFs and 50 MB total.
Where is my document processed?
