A few sensible ground rules.

PaperLumo provides browser-based PDF and image utilities. Use the tools only for files you own or are authorized to process.

Shared catalogues and quiz rooms

Publish only content and contact details you have permission to share. Review generated products, prices, answer keys and source quotes. Catalogue totals are estimates; WhatsApp opens a draft for you to review and send. PaperLumo does not place orders, take payments or verify sellers. Quiz rooms are for casual practice, not verified examinations or prize competitions. Response-pack coverage is an AI suggestion and does not certify completeness or compliance. Owners are responsible for sharing links with an appropriate audience.

Keep your original

Tools create new output files. Always keep a backup and review the result, particularly for legal, financial, accessibility-sensitive or signed documents. Conversion accuracy depends on the source and the limitations described for each tool.

Authorized use and shared content

Do not use PaperLumo to forge identity documents, certificates, credentials or signatures; impersonate a person or organization; infringe copyright; bypass access controls without permission; or distribute malware. Document editing, card-copy layouts and signatures are for legitimate work with documents you own or are authorized to handle.

Do not publish unlawful, exploitative, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or deceptive material through shared links. Do not publish another person’s private information without authorization or use the service for spam. AI study and response tools are aids for your own review, not an exam-taking, credential-writing or identity-verification service.

Report content or rights concerns with the relevant public link and a description. We may restrict access to content or accounts following review of misuse or a valid legal request. This does not mean every uploaded document is screened in advance. Files processed only in your browser are not available to us for review.

Availability and limits

Current tools are free. File size, page count and rendering limits protect browser memory. We may change tool availability or limits. Roadmap features are plans, not guarantees of availability or release dates.

MCP free beta and proposed paid plans

The MCP beta includes 500 credits per UTC calendar month and 100 per UTC day. PDF operations cost one credit per started ten total input pages; Office-to-PDF costs ten credits per file. Only successful processing is charged, with temporary reservations for running jobs. Free beta does not collect payment and will not automatically become a paid subscription. Starter and Pro prices shown on the MCP page are proposals; paid service requires separate published terms and your explicit purchase. No uptime SLA is included.

Keep API keys private and obtain permission for server uploads. Do not bypass account, storage or processing limits by creating extra accounts. Files expire after ten minutes or a restart; download required results promptly. The same operation ID and inputs deduplicate successful retries for 90 days, but this does not extend file availability. Conversion may change layout, forms or signatures; inspect results before use.

Signatures and sensitive documents

A mark added in Sign PDF is a visual signature. Signature Requests records a self-declared name, electronic acceptance and an audit receipt; it does not independently verify identity. Certificate Sign PDF applies a cryptographic signature using your own certificate; trust depends on its issuer. No certificate issuance, trusted timestamp, revocation check or legal certification is provided. Editing a signed PDF can invalidate its signature. You are responsible for obtaining any permission needed to process or share a document.

Accounts and sharing

Keep passwords, recovery codes and private invitation links secure. Share documents only with authorized recipients. Team owners control membership and can delete team data. Files expire after seven days and audit records after 90 days; download records you need before expiry. Cloud storage belongs to the connected provider account and is subject to that provider’s terms. Disconnecting PaperLumo does not delete files already uploaded to your cloud provider.

Accuracy and availability

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that a particular document will process successfully or retain every source feature. Rights and obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
