Up to 5 processing steps. Editing can invalidate existing signatures. Metadata cleanup does not remove hidden content, and compression cannot always reduce an already optimized PDF.

Example: combine a letter and two certificates

Keep your originals. Select three PDFs in this order: the one-page letter, the two-page certificate and the one-page certificate. Multiple inputs are merged in the selected order before your chosen steps run.

  1. Use the “Ready to share” preset, or add “Add page numbers” followed by “Lossless compression”.
  2. Run the workflow. The merged four-page document passes through both steps on your device.
  3. Download the final PDF. Check all four pages, their order, the numbers and the actual file size.

What is saved, and what can change?

Saving a workflow remembers its steps on this device, not your documents. Lossless compression rewrites the PDF; it cannot guarantee a smaller file or a specific KB limit. Page numbers can overlap a footer, so inspect them before sharing. Editing can invalidate certificate signatures; use unsigned copies when changes are permitted.

If the output is not right

Fix the selection order and rerun from your original files. Use Organize PDF for individual page order, target-size compression for a KB limit, or Submission checker to check your final download.
