About this qr mobile transfer tool

Transfer one PDF or image up to 10 MB. Your browser encrypts the file using AES-GCM. The server keeps encrypted bytes in memory for ten minutes or until deleted by the receiving browser. Keep the receiving tab open; a restart clears transfers.

When to use this tool

Move a PDF or image up to 10 MB between devices using an encrypted temporary transfer.

Get started in three steps

  1. Open this tool on your receiving computer and create a transfer QR.
  2. Create a QR code on the computer, scan on your phone, confirm upload and receive the file.
  3. Select Receive and decrypt, review the result and download your file.

A practical example

Open the receiving computer first and create its QR. Scan that QR on your phone, choose one PDF or image and confirm the upload. Keep the receiving tab open until the file arrives.

Check the result

Open the received file and verify its contents before removing the temporary transfer. Keep the link private: its fragment contains the decryption key needed by the receiving browser.

If the result is not right

A link older than ten minutes, a closed receiving session or a server restart can interrupt the transfer. Create a fresh QR and send again; files above 10 MB need to be reduced first.

How long is the file available?

Encrypted bytes expire after ten minutes or on deletion. Keep the receiving tab open. A server restart clears transfers.

Where is my document processed?

Files are encrypted locally and temporarily uploaded as encrypted bytes. The receiving browser decrypts them; server bytes expire after ten minutes or are deleted on request. Optional analytics measures visits and tool events only after you allow it; it does not receive your document content or filenames. Read the privacy policy.
