About this pdf to powerpoint tool

Create a PPTX with one slide per PDF page. Choose page images to retain appearance, or editable text boxes with approximate positions and font sizes. Editable mode omits graphics and original font styling, supports up to 80 pages, and needs selectable text. Blank or scanned pages become blank slides unless OCR is run first.

Turn PDF pages into slides using page images or approximate editable text boxes.

Get started in three steps

  1. Choose your PDF file from your device.
  2. Use page images for visual fidelity. Use editable text for rewriting; review fonts and spacing in PowerPoint. Skewed or vertical writing requires image mode.
  3. Select PDF to PowerPoint, review the result and download your file.

A practical example

For presenting a finished brochure, choose page images to keep its appearance. For rewriting a text handout, choose editable text boxes and then adjust them in PowerPoint.

Check the result

Check every slide: editable mode omits graphics and original font styling, while image mode keeps the page picture but makes its contents uneditable.

If the result is not right

Scanned or blank pages can become blank editable slides because there is no selectable text. Use image mode for those pages, or run OCR and review the resulting text before conversion.

Which mode keeps the page appearance?

Page-image mode retains the rendered appearance. Editable mode produces text boxes and omits graphics and original font styling. Scanned pages need OCR for editable text.
