Free to use · No document uploadsAbout this invoice to excel tool
Local patterns suggest invoice number, date, GSTIN, tax and grand total from selectable PDF text. Enter the vendor and correct every value in an editable review screen. Source page text and evidence snippets are provided. Exports text cells in XLSX. No AI upload or automatic accounting validation. Scans need OCR first; line items are not reconstructed.
When to use this tool
Move invoice header fields into a spreadsheet after checking each suggested value against the source.
Get started in three steps
- Choose your PDF file from your device.
- Extract fields, check every value against the source, and confirm your review before exporting Excel.
- Select Invoice to Excel, review the result and download your file.
A practical example
Open a text-based invoice and extract its suggested invoice number, date, tax and grand total. Enter the vendor and correct the proposed values against the source before exporting.
Check the result
Check identifiers character by character, including leading zeros. Exported values are text cells; Excel formulas, accounting validation and invoice line-item reconstruction are not provided.
If the result is not right
An empty or incorrect suggestion needs manual correction, not automatic approval. OCR an image-only invoice first. For actual rows and columns use PDF to Excel and verify that layout separately.
Before you download
Does this extract invoice line items?
