Prepare a photo and signature for an online application

Match the portal’s pixel dimensions, file format and KB limits without stretching your photo or signature.

Read all three requirements

Open the current instructions on the official application portal. Note the accepted format, pixel width and height, and maximum file size separately. A 100 KB image can still be rejected for the wrong dimensions. Do not reuse the limits from an old exam or another portal.

Choose a clear original

Use a well-lit photo and a tightly framed signature on a plain background. Form-upload pack does not remove a background, retouch a face or clean a signature. Fit preserves the whole image with white padding. Center-crop fills the dimensions but may cut off edges; inspect the preview.

Enter limits and create the pack

Select photo and signature separately, enter each set of dimensions and KB limits, then run the tool. Output images are JPG. Optional PDFs are included unchanged in the ZIP; compress them separately when needed. The quality search reports any target it cannot reach.

Extract and inspect before uploading

Extract the ZIP and open photo.jpg, signature.jpg and the report. Confirm that the face, signature strokes and borders remain visible. Upload the required individual image files, not the ZIP unless the portal explicitly accepts ZIP. Keep the originals.
