How to merge PDFs without uploading your documents
Combine attachments on your own device, put the pages in order, and keep your originals.
Start with copies you can edit
Put the PDFs you want to combine in an easy-to-find folder. If a PDF is password-protected, use an unlocked copy that you are authorized to edit. Keep signed originals: combining pages into a new document does not preserve a certificate-backed signature as a valid signature on the merged output.
Choose the files and set their order
Open Merge PDF and select at least two documents. Use the arrows next to each filename to move it earlier or later. Each file contributes all its pages in its existing order. If you only need certain pages, use Extract Pages first.
Merge, then check the result
Select Merge PDF and download the output. Confirm the number of pages, the transition between documents, page orientation and any special content. Different page sizes are preserved rather than stretched to one size.
What local processing means
The browser reads and combines your documents on your device. File contents are not sent to a processing server. Your browser still downloads the application itself from the website. The task limit is 50 MB total and the combined document can contain up to 500 pages.
