Check the final download
Choose the exact file you plan to upload, after compression, merging and other edits. Checking the original says nothing about the final file. Enter the maximum KB, page count and required orientation from the portal.
Interpret PASS, FAIL and REVIEW
PASS means a particular automated check passed. FAIL means the file conflicts with the limit you entered. REVIEW means visual inspection is needed. Incorrect entered requirements produce misleading results; the tool cannot know your portal’s rules.
Inspect every page yourself
Size and page count cover the PDF, while visual blank-page checks sample only the first 20 pages. A lightly printed page may look blank to the detector. Check all pages, including those beyond the sample, for missing content, rotation and cut-off edges.
Confirm the application requirements
Check the document type, issue date, name spelling, permitted filename and signature requirements manually. The report does not verify identity, authenticity or legal validity and cannot guarantee the portal accepts the file. Download the report for your own reference.
