Capture all edges
Place the paper on a contrasting, flat surface in even light. Hold the phone parallel to the page and include all four corners. Avoid glare on laminated certificates and inspect tiny print before accepting each photo.
Review the corner selection
Scan to PDF accepts photos and offers suggested or manual four-corner correction. Suggestions are approximate. Move the corners to the actual paper edge so a stamp, signature or certificate border is not cut away.
Choose order and page size
Select color when colored stamps matter. Compare grayscale or black-and-white before using them. Arrange the photos, choose A4, Letter or image-sized pages, then create the PDF. Up to 20 photos are supported; imported photos are resized to a maximum side of 1800 pixels.
Inspect and check size
Open every page, verify orientation and readability, then use the target-size tool only if needed. The image-based PDF is not automatically searchable; use OCR separately. The tool does not certify that a photographed document is authentic.
