About this brief to response pack tool
Review up to 12 PDF pages and optionally 12000 response characters before sending them to AI. Get source quotes, suggested coverage, editable response templates and an attachment checklist. Export Word, TXT or an editable JSON draft. Coverage is a suggestion, not a completeness guarantee.
When to use this tool
Prepare editable responses and an attachment checklist from cited requirements, then review a draft for gaps.
Get started in three steps
- Choose a PDF brief of up to 12 pages and review the extracted text. Optionally paste your prepared response, up to 12000 characters.
- Confirm AI processing. Review explicit requirements, suggested missing/partial/covered status and the source and response quotes supporting each suggestion.
- Edit response templates, prepare requested attachments and export Word or TXT. Recheck after changing your prepared response; verify the full brief before submitting anywhere.
A practical example
A client brief asks for a delivery schedule and a cost breakdown. The pack links both requirements to their source pages, gives editable placeholders and flags the absent cost breakdown in a supplied response.

Before you download
Does AI coverage guarantee a complete response?
No. Coverage is a suggestion based on the selected pages and supplied response. Quotes are matched to source text, but interpretation and completeness require human review.
Does covered mean the requirement is definitely satisfied?
No. Coverage is an AI interpretation. Supporting quotes are matched against the supplied text, but this does not prove the interpretation or guarantee completeness. Review the original brief and your final response.
Will this submit my response to the client?
No. It prepares a local Word, TXT or JSON download. You review and submit the response yourself. No emails or client messages are sent.
What is sent to AI?
Only reviewed extracted source text and the prepared response, after you confirm the named provider. The original PDF is not uploaded. No account is needed for preparing or exporting a pack.
Where is my document processed?
Text extraction and exports run locally. Reviewed text is sent to Groq only after your confirmation. Free request limits apply. Optional analytics measures visits and tool events only after you allow it; it does not receive your document content or filenames. Read the privacy policy.
